I was doubtful about its flexibility at first but when I got it I was totally amazed. It's extremely soft. Although I felt a little tight at first but not anymore after less than a week.
Playing Kung Fu, Parkouring, jogging(which I am big fan)... Whatever you do, it's a good companion
